7 out of 12 …frankly, I’m pleased even if that is technically an “F“. It’s my first attempt at grafting, so, yeah, I’m pleased.
I think I need to work on creating better starters …packing them more. I should be able to do that on my next round.
And I made a few mistakes. While they had tons of honey/nectar and pollen, I hear that you should still feed. …I’m investigating that claim. And I think my finisher could have used more nurse bees …that will be corrected with the next attempt.
I’m learning. It’s exciting and rewarding. Fun.
